然而，全球FPGA市场长期由少数企业主导，呈现“双寡头”格局。AMD（收购赛灵思）和英特尔（收购Altera）两家公司合计占据了约84%的市场份额，莱迪思位列第三，这三家公司控制了全球90%以上的高端产能。在国内，高端FPGA芯片领域基本处于空白，关键技术和产品严重依赖进口，这极大限制了我国半导体产业及相关高端制造业的自主发展。
